How to delete your account and data
- Sign in to your flow AI Agent account and return to this page.
- Review the consequences, type DELETE and submit.
- Meta tokens are disabled, channels archived and message data deleted or anonymized. You receive a confirmation code for status checks.
You may also remove flow AI Agent in Facebook/Meta under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. Meta will send its signed deletion request to this endpoint automatically.
What may be retained
Minimal transaction records may be retained only where required for law, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. They are restricted, separated from Meta credentials and not used for marketing.
Help without account access
Email info@flowkosova.com from the account email with subject “Data Deletion Request”. We may request identity verification to protect the account.
