Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the flow AI Agent platform supplied by Flow Group L.L.C., Bajram Kelmendi 68, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and confirm authority for the business and Meta assets you connect. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for credentials, 2FA where offered, staff roles and promptly reporting suspected access. Account sharing, bypassing limits or connecting a Page without authority is prohibited.
3. Meta integration
You choose assets and grant permissions through Meta OAuth. Use must comply with Meta terms, platform policies and messaging rules. flow AI Agent may pause a channel when a token expires, permissions are removed, signatures fail or use threatens compliance.
4. AI and oversight
AI replies can be inaccurate. You define instructions, review behavior and remain responsible to customers. Do not configure the assistant for medical, legal or financial advice or other high-impact decisions without professional and human controls.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, fraud, illegal content, data misuse, prohibited profiling, rights violations, unauthorized security testing, malware, platform scraping or attempts to expose keys, tokens or internal instructions.
6. Review users and promo codes
Meta App Review access is limited, personal, time-bound and usage-limited. It exposes only functions necessary for review. Codes may not be sold or transferred. AI access locks automatically when the limit is reached.
7. Data and content
You retain rights in your content and grant us only the permission needed to provide, secure and operationally improve the service. You must hold the necessary rights and lawful basis for data brought into the platform.
8. Availability, changes and fees
We target high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of Meta, the internet or other providers. Features may change for security, compliance or improvement. Prices and limits are set in your offer or agreement; third-party costs may change.
9. Suspension and termination
You may pause the assistant or request closure. We may restrict accounts for breach, security risk, non-payment, a Meta request or law. On termination, tokens are disabled and data deleted or anonymized under the Policy and legal retention duties.
10. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with professional care, but “as is” within the limits of technology and third-party integrations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or decisions made without human review. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Parties first seek good-faith resolution; competent courts in Prishtina apply where unresolved. Contact: info@flowkosova.com.
